Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia federal constituency of Abia State, Rep. Sam Onuigbo has felicitated with the Chief Whip of the Senate, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu at the occasion of his 63rd birthday anniversary.
Rep. Onuigbo in a birthday message on Friday extolled Sen. Kalu for blazing many trails, first serving as the youngest civilian Governor of Abia State, then helping to provide leadership during the 9th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as the Chief Whip.
The message read in part, “Your commitment to the infrastructural development of our people has been immense starting from your time as the Governor of Abia State, to the incredible road construction revolution which Abia North witnessed between 2019 to date.
