An Abia-born political leader and entrepreneur, Endy Ogwo has felicitated with the Senator representing Abia North senatorial district, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu on his 63rd birthday anniversary, describing him as a patriot and leader with outstanding passion for service.
He said Sen. Kalu has for decades remained very committed to making the lives of his people better, which he convincingly demonstrated in every opportunity he had to serve the people of the state, including as governor from 1999-2007.
In a birthday message on Friday, Ogwo applauded the Senate Chief Whip for demonstrating capacity in the last four years he has been in office as Senator.
While acknowledging Sen. Kalu’s sense of patriotism and national appeal, Ogwo expressed confidence that the lawmaker will be able to navigate through and emerge the leader of the 10th Senate, a position he said the former Abia governor is eminently qualified to hold.
He prayed for long life, good health, good fortunes and more divine wisdom upon Sen. Kalu especially in his quest to contribute meaningfully to national development.
