Oil mogul Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs has declared for the Rivers governorship race.
He made the declaration on arrival at Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwa from Abuja on Friday morning.
He expressed optimism he will win the contest because of his enormous good works in the State.
