
Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday gave condition upon which the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be granted bail.
Kanu is standing trial over allegations of terrorism.
The trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako said reason for Kanu’s absence after he was in 2017 granted bail by the court must be discussed before another bail can be granted.
