Chief Dan Okeke, the APC House of Representatives candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency of Abia state in the 2023 election, has challenged his constituents to take a deep look into the antecedents and achievements of those vying to represent the Constituency and identify who is better than him.

He said he stands tall among other contestants in terms of personal achievements in relation to the welfare of the people.

“I always challenge my opponents, I challenge people around them, they should go and look inward, do a thorough research about the achievements of each candidate.

“If there is anyone better than me in terms of personal achievement, not with the government, that person should be voted for but if I am better than all of them, I think I am the right person for that position,” he said while featuring on ABN TV’s Political Perspective earlier in the week.

He said the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency need someone who is ready to do things differently from what it has been, saying the Arochukwu/Ohafia road is a problem which he will solve if elected into the Green Chamber next year.

“It’s what I feel I should do, if I cannot do any other thing, it’s the first thing I feel I should do when I get to the House of Representatives. Each time I pass through that road I shed tears. Enough is enough,” he declared.

While pledging to look into other roads in the two local government areas, Chief Okeke further highlighted that he will pay attention to health care, by reviving health centres that are not working.

Agriculture he said will also be a focal point especially as global attention shifts from oil, promising to put the effort in place that will enhance cassava processing in the Constituency which will be prepared for export.

He urged the people of the Constituency to keep hope alive and vote for him, assuring that he will make a difference if elected.
