“We Have adopted PDP Candidate, Siminialayi Fubara, as our Candidate for the March 11 Guber Elections,” Rivers State Labour Party Chairman, Dienye Pepple, declared.
During a press conference this morning, the LP State Chairman stated, in the presence of some executives of the Rivers State Labour Party and Local Government Party Chairmen of the Rivers State Labour Party, that the decision was made because Sim Fubara comes from a Senatorial District that has never produced a Governor before.
“The principles of Justice, Equality, and Fairness,” he declared.
They also abandoned their support for Beatrice Itubo in favor of Sim Fubara.
