The presidential candidate of the Labor Party, Peter Obi, has filed a case with the presidential elections tribunal in Abuja.
Yunusa Tanko, the Chief Spokesperson of the LP Presidential Campaign Council, stated this via Twitter in the early hours of Tuesday, March 21.
He remarked that Peter Obi’s process of recovering the mandate of the people has begun.
He stated, “It is official, the Labor Party Presidential candidate Peter OBI has filed his petition to the presidential elections tribunal in Abuja. Reclaiming the people’s mandate has started.”
Remember that Peter Obi, who finished third in the poll, and Atiku Abubakar, who finished second, are both suing over the results of the February 25 election.
