OUK Movement, a support group of the Senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has held its local government meeting in Umunneochi for the first time in 2022 where it resolved to pursue the political ideology of its founder to enhance the lives of the people.
The meeting which took place on Saturday the 7th day of May 2022 was hosted by Barr Victor Etie at Ezioba Eziama Nneato in Umunneochi LGA.
Those in attendance at the meeting include OUK local government Executives, the various ward Chairmen and Stakeholders from the local government.

They resolved to work in unison for the common interest of the people in line with the ideologies of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, former Governor of Abia State and Chief Whip of the Senate.
The members cutting across all the zones in Umunneochi LGA, expressed gratitude to Sen. Kalu for the various projects he has attracted in Umunneochi and resolved to reward him with massive mobilisation of votes in his political pursuit.
Their host and convener of the meeting Barr Etie also promised to facilitate the provision of a suitable local government office to enable OUK Movement Umunneochi function effectively
This is the first meeting since former chairman OUK Movement in the local government resigned his appointment.
Barr. Etie along with other top members of the Movement in the local government pledged to provide the necessary support to ensure that OUK Movement functions even more effectively in the local government.
