Ogah Welcomes Tinubu To Abia, Says APC Will Record Clean Sweep Of Victory

The All Progressives Congress, APC, gubernatorial candidate in Abia State, Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah has welcomed the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to Abia as the party holds campaign rally in Umuahia, saying the upcoming elections will usher a clean sweep of victory for the party.

Ogah, a former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development says APC has a culture of excellence in leadership which President Muhammadu Buhari has demonstrated in the last seven years and above, expressing hope that the party’s legacy will serve as a pathway to securing an undisputed victory in Abia.

In a release on Tuesday, Ogah expressed optimism that come May 29, 2023, APC will form government in Abia, assuring Abians that things will no more remain the same in the state.

While underlining that Tinubu, a friend of Ndigbo will build on the legacy of President Buhari, the former minister urged Abians to give the party a massive support across board.

He said, “I welcome our indefatigable presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to our dear state, along with our most distinguished party leaders.

“The excitement and enthusiasm in the faces of our people are clearly indicative of the fact that they are yearning for more of our great party at the federal level and a change of the government that has not met their aspirations in the state.

“I have no doubt that Bola Tinubu will record an overwhelming victory in Abia come Feb. 25 and our dear party will form government in our dear state come May 29,” he said.
