Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah has congratulated Muslims across the country at the celebration of this year Eid-El Maulud.
He said the occasion which coincides with the birthday of Holy Prophet Muhammad is a veritable opportunity for all countrymen to intercede for a strengthened bond of harmony and peaceful co-existence among the ethnic divides across the country.
In a statement on Thursday, Ogah further observed that at a time like this in our national journey, all patriots should embark on mediation for the healing of our land from challenges facing it.
The Minister appealed to all lovers of the country to shun divisive utterances and statements capable of threatening national unity and embrace love.

He called on the youths to shun violence in their demands for a more functional society, assuring that President Muhammadu Buhari is committed to ensuring that Nigerian youths are given pride of place in the nation’s affairs.
