NUC Accredits 8 New Courses At Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture

The National Universities Commission, NUC has approved the accreditation of eight new course at four faculties of Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture, Umudike Abia State.

This follows the accreditation of new programmes organised by NUC at the University in October/November 2021.

In line with approved guidelines, the programmes have operated for two academic sessions after approval was obtained for their establishment.

From Faculty of Administration, four courses have fully been accredited which include Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration and Marketing.

Food Science & Technology and Human Nutrition & Dietics were fully accredited in the Faculty of Agriculture.

Engineering and Science faculties got Chemical Engineering and Environmental Management & Toxicology fully accredited.
