Communications giant MTN Nigeria has rewarded a customer, Mbonu Onyi Jennifer the Creative Director, Adamazi Media after 15 years of loyalty.
Mbonu Jennifer said she uploaded the purchasing receipt of her MTN SIM card which she bought 15 years ago and tagged the communications giant.
According to her, she was contacted and invited to the Wethdral Office of MTN in Owerri for a parcel.
“Few weeks ago, I shared the receipt used in purchasing my MTN Sim Card on social media and tagged MTN on Twitter.
“I was immediately contacted via DM by the online customer service team who took my details.
“Earlier today, I got a call from the Wethdral Office to come pick up my parcel and I was so elated.
“This is the very first time I’m being rewarded for patronizing a Brand and this means so much to me.
“Thank you MTN Nigeria for this special incentive and cheers to more years of amazing business to consumer’s relationship” she wrote.
