The member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibe Okwara has listed massive projects he is poised to complete before the end of this year, all in an effort to ensure that democratic dividends trickle down to various communities in his constituency.

Among the projects to be delivered include, the long-abandoned Oboro – Okagwe Road, Achara Ihechiowa, Ufuele Aku, Ibinna Ihenta Ohafia Road among others.

Hon. Ibe, while giving a report on his Facebook wall to his valued constituents said, “I am committed to transparency and keeping to my campaign promise to hold periodic town hall meetings to enlighten my constituents on events and also get direct feedback from you. I recently held our regular town hall meetings in Arochukwu (February 16th) and Ohafia (February 17th).

“While this open forum for discussion may be a new experience for some, I was encouraged by the strong turnout. Your active participation is crucial for effective representation.”

In giving a progress update, the lawmaker said, “As discussed at the meetings, projects for the first year will prioritize wards based on the selection as agreed in our previous meeting with evidence attached. With which we are allocated, rest assured, all agreed-upon projects listed below will be delivered this year.”

There are more to these projects as we progress with procurements, I we will see how we can come up with more funds to attend to some other roads that may not have been captured but requires emergency attention like (Ibina Ihenta Road, Achara Ihechiowa Road and many others to be rehabilitated as well.

Transparency: Open communication is key.
