A leader and stalwart of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Sir Marc Inyanagbo Wabara congratulates the Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate and former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu on his 61st birthday anniversary.
