IPOD FC has become the first team to book a place in the finals of the Samuel Chukwueze All Stars Champions League 2025 after a dramatic semi-final clash against Atuloma FC on Saturday, June 21, at Ugba Primary School Field, Umuahia North LGA.

The match, which ended 1-1 at full time, was a tense affair filled with end-to-end action and brilliant displays from both sides. With neither team able to find a winner in regulation time, the game went into a penalty shootout, where IPOD FC edged Atuloma FC 3-2, sealing a 4-3 aggregate victory.

The win sees IPOD FC through to the grand finale of the tournament, scheduled for Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM, where they will battle for the coveted trophy.

IPOD FC, who topped Group A with an unbeaten run during the group stage, have continued their impressive form into the knockout rounds, demonstrating strong team chemistry and resilience under pressure.

Meanwhile, the second semi-final between AC Milan FC, led by Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze, and Chinasa FC (formerly CAC All Stars), is currently underway. The winner of that match will face IPOD FC in what is expected to be a thrilling grand finale.
