Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, has stated that he will meet with Rabiu Kwankwaso, the NNPP candidate, and Peter Obi, the LP candidate, to discuss how they might support him in the upcoming election.

This information was revealed by Atiku in an interview with BBC Hausa on Tuesday.

In response to inquiries in Hausa, Atiku bragged that neither Obi nor Kwankwaso pose a threat to his prospects of winning the election on February 25.

“Although I see no threat in any of them (Obi and Kwankwaso) we are in talks”.

“The discussion might yield a positive result that will see one of them coming.”

Atiku also addressed the lingering crisis within the PDP.

According to him, every party has its internal crisis, and theirs will be resolved soon.

“Each party has its internal crisis. We are still talking with them. Definitely, that will not make us lose the election because we are okay with the election preparations for now,” he said.
