The Special Adviser to Gov. Hope Uzodinma of Imo State on Rubber Estate & Recovery of Government Properties, Hon Madoka Anthony Ordu has congratulated the governor on his victory, saying it is a divine mandate.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Sunday announced Gov. Uzodinma winner of the off-cycle election on Saturday, November 11 after he polled over 400,000 votes, winning the 27 local government areas of the state.
With the feat, he has successfully secured a second term in office as leader of the South East state.

In a congratulatory message on Monday, Hon. Ordu said the victory is not only for Gov. Uzodinma but for all Imolites.
He said, “I wish to therefore state without doubt that Governor Uzodinma’s re-election which took place on Saturday (Nov) 11- 11- 2023 was a devine mandate & the good wishes of Imo electorates.
“I want to emphatically reiterate the fact that his Victory is a Victory for all Imolites. We won! NDE Imo has won again!”.
The governor’s aide also thanked the APC family in Owerri West Local Government Area, Imo APC Leadership, APC Nekede Ward (07) Seven EXCOS and membership, and every other voter who gave their votes towards the re-election of the governor.
