The member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Amobi Ogah, has extended warm birthday wishes to the distinguished Professor Kelechi Okonta, the first Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery from Abia State.
