The member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah has extended warm felicitations to High Chief Sir Ray Nkemdirim, MFR (Ugwumba Global), on the occasion of his birthday.
