Eight persons have been reportedly killed in a reprisal attack by unidentified armed persons in Kacecere village, Zangon Kataf Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria.

The state’s Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs on Tuesday said security agencies reported that the attack was in reprisal to earlier attacks in Jankasa village, Zangon Kataf LGA where one Yakubu Danjuma was killed, and also in Madamai in Kaura LGA where 34 persons lost their lives.

Recall ABN TV reported that roughly 30 persons were killed in an attack earlier this week. Seven persons were injured and several houses razed by a terror group in Madamai in Kaura LGA of the state.
