Chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani, the father of the Executive Director of Foundation for Environmental Rights, Advocacy & Development (FENRAD), Comrade Nnanna Nelson Nwafor is set for burial on 27th/ 28th January 2023.
Chief Onyeani died on Monday 15th August 2022 at the ripe Age of 86 years and will be laid to rest at his country home, Ebem Ohafia, Ohafia LGA of Abia state.
Comrade Nwafor, an environmental & human rights advocate in a statement on Tuesday described the passage of his father as the exit of an icon.
He added, “Late chief Emmanuel Nwafor Onyeani was a perfect Gentle man with lots of good position and intellectual sagacity and have contributed immensely to the Development of Ebem Ohafia in Ohafia LGA of Abia state.
“A man of integrity and Wisdom, An Advocate of Peace and Love.
“He will be fondly Remembered for the legacy he has left behind.”
