Three explosions have occurred in the center of Kiev this morning, eyewitnesses told TASS.
It is specified that the explosions took place in the central Pechersk district, on Vladimirskaya Street in the Shevchenko district and on Vozdukhoflotsky Avenue. Smoke is rising. Sounds of explosions were heard from 08:20 (coinciding with Moscow time).
The building of the Ukrainian Security Service is located on Vladimirskaya Street.
