Erik ten Hag, the head coach of Manchester United, has hailed Marcus Rashford as one of the top strikers in Europe right now.

Rashford has many skills, according to ten Hag, who adds that the England international can score with his head, left and right feet.

Ten Hag made the remarks following Rashford’s outstanding performance in Man United’s 2-0 Premier League victory over Leeds United on Sunday.

Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho scored late goals to give Manchester United a 2-1 victory over Leeds at Elland Road.

“He’s definitely one of them,” Ten Hag said post-match when asked if the 25-year-old was the best striker in Europe.

“I was convinced from the first moment, I was really excited to work with him, I thought I could get more out of him.

“But he has so many skills and such high potential and there can be even more. When he works well, he’ll score even more goals because he can score with his left, right and his head.”
