Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State has moved to Wednesday, Oct 26 the judgement on the “extraordinary rendition” of the IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Nnamdi Kanu alleged that he was extraordinarily renditioned from Kenya to Nigeria without due process, urging the court to declare the action of the federal government illegal.

Few hours ago, I was notified by the Federal High Court, Umuahia that the #MNK ‘extraordinary rendition’ judgment which was fixed for 27th October, 2022 has been moved backwards by one day to 26th October, 2022.
