The Assemblies of God Nigeria has elected the Aba District Superintendent, Rev Dr Ogba Onyeije as the new Assistant General Superintendent of the General council of the church.
Rev Onyeije before his election was a member of the recently dissolved Executive Committee of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
He represented South East Zone 1 at the General council.

Chairman of the ongoing 37th General Council Rev Isaac Mpamugo said that Rev Onyeije polled 4090 votes to be elected as new Assistant General Superintendent.
