The Court of Appeal sitting In Lagos Has upheld the election of Hon Ginger Onwusibe (Labour Party) as the member Representing Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives.
The Court dismissed the Appeal by PDP and Its candidate Prof A C B Agbazuere.
