The All Progressives Congress (APC), Abia State Chapter, has announced plans for the official declaration of results from its recently concluded primary elections for various elective positions ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a notice issued on Wednesday, May 21, 2026, the party disclosed that the official announcement of results for the House of Representatives, Senate, House of Assembly and Governorship primaries would take place at the New APC State Secretariat in Umuahia.
According to the statement, the declaration ceremony is scheduled to commence by 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 21, 2026.
The party advised all aspirants who participated in the primary elections to be present at the party secretariat for the official announcement of the results.
The notice was signed by the Abia State APC Publicity Secretary, Mr. Uche Aguoru.
The announcement comes amid heightened political activities within the party following the conclusion of the APC primaries across the state, as party members and aspirants await the final official confirmation of candidates that will fly the party’s flag in the 2027 elections.
