On Monday, January 20, 2025, His Royal Majesty, Eze Osquared Onwukwe, the Ata 2 of Afarata, conferred a prestigious chieftaincy title, “Osinawataburueze 1 of Afarata Ibeku,” on High Chief Sir King Lucky Fred Nwoko.

The ceremony, which took place during the 2nd Coronation of Eze Osquared Onwukwe at the Nbom Ibeku Umuahia Square, Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State, was a grand occasion that showcased the rich cultural heritage of the Afarata Ibeku people.

Among the notable dignitaries present were Eze Osquared Onwukwe’s Traditional Prime Minister, Chief Barr. Ugochukwu Rowland Ndubuka, and the Cabinet Secretary, Chief Chidike Ibelegbu, who played key roles in ensuring the success of the event.
