Abia Foremost Media Entrepreneur, Bishop Sunday Onuoha Pays Solidarity Visit To ABN TV (PHOTOS)

Abia-born foremost media investor and the president of Vision Africa Radio, Bishop Sunday Onuoha on Monday paid a solidarity visit to ABN TV in Umuahia following the invasion of its studio last week by policemen from the state command of the Nigerian Police Force.

The policemen had invaded the studio to effect the arrest of a guest, Udensi Bernard during a live programme over a petition against him by his brother, Pastor Onwuka Udensi over a family issue.

Bishop Onuoha described the action of the police personnel as inappropriate even as he expressed gratitude to the Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Kene Onwuemelie for managing the situation while awaiting the outcome of the investigation being carried out by his office.

Bishop Sunday Onuoha

He urged police authorities to do more in ensuring that its officers and men a properly tutored on the right ways to relate with their communities, especially the civilian populace.

The Director ABN TV, Mr. Ifeanyi Okali in his response expressed gratitude to Bishop Sunday for identifying with the company at this moment, saying it is a demonstration of love.
