Abia First Lady Tasks Civil Servants On Integrity, Truthfulness

First Lady of Abia Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu has called on civil servants in the state and across the country to serve in truth and sincerity.

Mrs. Ikpeazu, pointed out that being sincere and truthful especially when no one is watching comes with great rewards from man and God.

“You may not know who is watching, just be sincere, truthful, diligent and hardworking.”

She also used the medium to call on them to make God the bed rock of their lives in everything they do.

According to Mrs. Ikpeazu, no man can help you except God and he God uses men and anyone who decides to work without God has cut his life and success off by 80% as God is the ultimate.

Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, gave this admonition during the monthly prayers session of Staff of Office of Wife of Governor, at Government house Umuahia, where she charged the staff to always work as a team.

She pointed out that nothing meaningful can be achieved without team work, and advised them to eschew in-fighting because, according to her, a house divided against itself will definitely fall.

“I urge you to avoid eye service in other to build natural capacity that will stand them out in any environment you find yourselves” she added.

The Early morning prayers was graced by notable men of God who took turns to feed the staff with the word of God.
