The African Democratic Congress, ADC governorship candidate in Abia state, Bishop Dr. Sunday Onuoha has said his alleged suspension from the party by Don Norman, the self-acclaimed chairman of the party in the state is laughable and holds no effect.

He said Norman has lost his membership of the party after he was last year expelled, insisting that he remains the governorship candidate of ADC in Abia and will go ahead to win the election.

He spoke with ABN TV on Wednesday and said Norman does not have the power to suspend him, describing Norman as a liar who goes about blackmailing people.

“I sympathize with the next person he will take advantage of, he likes taking advantage of people, I will not want to go into other details but he is not a member of the party, he has since been expelled.

“Those he wants to deceive should get ready for the next level of his manipulation, I am bigger than that and he knows I am bigger than that. I am not the one who expelled him, I am not in the party executive, I am the governorship candidate running to be the governor of the state and we are making all the progress”, he stated.

He said Don Norman and his paymasters are wasting their time as Abians have decided to elect him as next governor.

He said one Onwukaike from Olokoro Umuahia has been the state chairman of the party since last year, saying Don Norman is an impersonator illegally posing as chairman.
