Abia Director DSS, Onuche Sympathises With Sen. Kalu Over Wife’s Death

Abia State Director of Department of State Security, DSS, Mr. Friday Onuche has commiserated with the Chief Whip of the Senate, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu on the death of his wife, Ifeoma Kalu.

She passed on in the United States at the age of 61.

Mr. Onuche in a condolence message on Tuesday said the passage of loved one is a painful experience that lingers in the heart for a long time, praying God to console the bereaved family.

He said, “We join well-meaning Nigerians to commiserate with the Senate Chief Whip, Dr. Orji Kalu on the death of his dear wife, Mrs. Ifeoma who died in the US.

“We are not oblivious of the fact that the death of a loved one is a painful experience which leaves us hurt for a long time.

“It is our collective prayer that God Almighty will send the entire family consolation at these trying times”, he said.

The Director also prayed God to grant the departed eternal rest.
