The Abia State Civil Service Commission has announced the resumption of its recruitment exercise for health personnel across various cadres in the state public service.
In a Public Service Announcement signed by the Chairman of the Commission, Pst. Mrs. Eno Jerry Eze (PhD), the Commission informed the general public that the recruitment advertisement, which was previously put on hold, has now been reactivated.
According to the announcement, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill several positions within the state’s health sector. The available vacancies include Hospital-Based Consultants, Medical and Dental Officers, Pharmacists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Optometrists, Nursing Officers, Medical Radiographers, Dental Technologists/Dental Therapists, and Physiotherapists.
The Commission urged interested and qualified applicants to complete their applications online through the official Abia State Civil Service Commission recruitment portal.
Prospective applicants are advised to visit the Commission’s website or access the application portal via https://abiastate.zohorecruit.com/jobs/Careers to review the requirements and submit their applications.
The recruitment exercise is part of ongoing efforts by the Abia State Government to strengthen the healthcare workforce and improve service delivery across health institutions in the state.
