Abia 2023: PDP, APC, APGA, Others In Deep Fear As Mascot Kalu Finally Names Campaign DG (VIDEO)

The Governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party APP in Abia State Mascot Uzor Kalu has unveiled its campaign Director-General ahead of the 2023 governorship election, leading to serious tension in the camps of PDP, APC, APGA, and other political parties as the race to produce the next governor gathers momentum.

Mascot on Tuesday named Elder Mark Obisike Ugorji a renowned businessman as the Director General of his Campaign Organization.

Chief Mascot while unveiling the campaign DG at the party state secretariat said the appointment is to enable the party to move forward and also to help him if there are where he is not doing well or needs improvement adding that it is time to separate the young from the old.

He said he is not scared of any candidate a debate should be held for the candidates to know the best because he will be able to speak for themselves and there should not be the sentiment.

In response to the appointment Elder Ugorji said he is not seeing a small party in APP but rather a party that will run the government of the state from 2023 and will hold the state for another 24 years.

He further said that peace of mind and the schools in the state have grumbled due to bad leadership thereby they won’t allow other parties to take over the government of the state again.

He promised the party members not to fail them, adding that he will be devoted, dedicated, and sincere in carrying out his duties.

“His excellency I am promising you that I will work with you with all sincerity with all devotion and dedication and am going to show Action because the name of the party is Action Peoples Party”

“I will show action in various ways: I will go out of my way to go to the enemies’ camp for your sake, to get those people that will make this party thick, I will go extra mile within the length and the breath of Abia State to make sure that what telling the people that 2023 we will take over Abia state”.

Addressing newsmen Elder Ugorji said his principal is not a small man knowing the fact that he has done business locally and internationally.

He further said he is bringing wildfire into the political activities of the party adding that he is someone that do things wholeheartedly to see that he achieves success.

“It is no longer the time of old politicians, the old politicians have lost it they have dealt with us with their old age, they don’t want to change, and they don’t want to do good things for Abia state and today young men have gathered together to see that the bring out the newness in us”.

He explained that the party is working with the spirit of God, men, and angels adding that they are sure in 2023 nobody will stop them and they will be surprised at the storm in which the party will come with.
