A Chieftain of APC in Abia, Chief Dan Okeke has felicitated with leader of the party in the state, Sen. Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu as he marks 61st birthday, describing him as an achiever and a true patriot.
Chief Okeke says Sen. Kalu, representing Abia North has written his name in gold through his people-oriented efforts to advance grassroot development using the privilege and resources God has given him.
In a birthday message to the Senate Chief Whip on Wednesday, Chief Dan Okeke a businessman and philanthropist noted that Kalu has made himself an accepted brand across the country as a result of his detribalised and pan-Nigerian disposition.

While thanking him for all he has over the years done in placing Abia and the South East on a map of honour, Chief Okeke prayed God to continue using the former Abia governor in advancing the welfare of his people, praying for long life and good health upon him.
He said, “Sen. Kalu is an exemplary leader who has not only contributed his quota in entrenching a more workable Abia but uses every opportunity to canvas for equal opportunity and inclusion for the South East region.
“A true patriot, he has built bridges of love, peace and unity which has swelled his popularity across the country’s regional and ethnic divide.
“Undoubtedly, being a blessing to his generation, God is preparing him for a bigger task in our national service. I wish him good health and divine wisdom”.
