Stop Sponsoring Hired Protesters Who Don’t Know Where Abia North Is Located Against Sen Kalu, Kinsman Blasts Ohuabunwa

By George Samuel, Lagos

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, Honourable Chibuike Jonas has condemned Ex-Senator Mao Ohuabunwa,  accusing him of recruiting protesters in Abuja for #2,000.

Stop Sponsoring Hired Protesters Who Don't Know Where Abia North Is Located Against Sen Kalu, Kinsman Blasts Ohuabunwa
Honourable Chibuike Jonas

He dissociated the constituents of Abia North Senatorial Zone from the protesters under the aegis of Concerned Citizens of Abia North who were protesting outside the National Assembly on Tuesday asking the Senate President to declare vacant, the seat of the Senate Chief Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, All Progressives Congress, APC, Abia North.

Addressing newsmen in Lagos,  the APC Stakeholder accused the protesters of being sponsored by a “loser who has failed to accept defeat since the last election“. He said Ohuabunwa’s main agenda is to paint “Kalu in bad light” before the world.

The protest came on the day Federal High Court sitting in Lagos gave an order for the immediate release of Kalu who has been in incarceration over an allegation by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission.

Hon. Jonas questioned the identity of the protesters who claimed to have come from the five local government areas in Abia North, saying that the existing ban on interstate movement makes the entire claim irresponsible and unbelievable.

He said that Kalu’s outstanding performance in his first year in Senate is far better than Ohuabunwa’s wasted years in the Senate.

His words: “The people of Abia North are happy with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s performance in the Senate. Even the few months he has been wrongly incarcerated, he has extended so much to Abians. Kalu’s constituency projects are laudable and many Abians would be embarrassed with Ohuabunwa’s desperation.

“How can a man who was sacked for doing nothing for his constituents as Senator be recruiting people who don’t even know where Abia North is located, to protest against the Senator representing the zone?

“Senator Ohuabunwa should swallow his pride and desist from unnecessary distractions because the people of Abia Abia North have great confidence in Kalu and that is why we elected him. Paying people #2,000 each to mount a protest is useless and a waste of time.

He warned that Ohuabunwa should rather channel his energy on things that would add value to his family since according to him, Ohuabunwa wasted the chance and mandate earlier given to him by the people of Abia North.

Ikpeazu, Family Test Negative To COVID-19 As Two Aides Come Out Positive

Following the release of results of their samples taken on Saturday, 30th May 2020, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, his wife, Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, their children and all members of the governor’s family have tested negative to COVID -19.

“Leading this battle from the front as your Governor, I and all members of the first family subjected ourselves to COVID-19 tests on Saturday, 30th May 2020 and the results came out negative today.

“Unfortunately, the results of two of my aides who also subjected themselves to COVID-19 tests were positive while others turned in negative results. We are confident that within days, the currently asymptomatic positive patients who are now isolated will be successfully nursed back to good health, with God on our side,” Ikpeazu said in a statement he personally signed on Tuesday.

Continuing, Ikpeazu said, ”The new phase of the fight against COVID-19 in Abia will require that the state embarks on massive tests of citizens to achieve at least 10% coverage of our population at the initial stage of the exercise.

“To this end, the state epidemiologist has been directed to work out modalities for case searches using a sample population size of between 30 to 250 persons, in some densely populated LGAs of the state.

”Meanwhile, we cannot win and save lives as long as we continue to stigmatize our patients. If any person contracts COVID-19, it will be saddening but it is neither criminal nor is it necessarily the person’s fault. Let me put it on record that statistics show that far more people recover from the virus than those who pass away from it”, he said.

Governor Ikpeazu has also directed all Chairmen of the 17 Local Government Areas of the State, together with their deputies, to present themselves for COVID 19 test.

“Further to my earlier directive on the testing of members of the State Executive Council, I wish to direct that all Transition Council Chairmen of our 17 LGAs, and their Deputies, present themselves for COVID-19 tests and thereafter isolate themselves pending the release of their test results.

“I urge all citizens and residents to eschew rumor-mongering and get involved in the battle against COVID-19. Take responsibility because Abia is ready to win this battle with all hands on deck.”

He said the Rivers State Ministry of Health wrote to the commission to also confirm that the late director died of complications arising from COVID-19.

He said: “The ministry has, therefore, directed the Commission to order all management staff to go into self-isolation for a period of 14 days with effects from today, While seeking the cooperation of the organisation in tracing staff and contractors who have had close contact with the deceased.

“During the meeting with the family, they expressed fervent desire, that the death of the Executive Director should not be politicised, wishing to be left alone to mourn with dignity.  This also is the position of the Commission.

“We pray for the peaceful repose of the soul of our Executive Director Finance and Administration, Elder lbanga Bassey Etang”.

NDDC recently shut down the commission’s corporate headquarters following COVID-19 scare triggered by the death of Etang, who was a member of the Interim Management Committee (IMC).

Etang reportedly died at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital (RSUTH), Port Harcourt after a brief illness.

Etang, a former Chairman of Esit Eket Local Government, resigned his appointment as Special Assistant to Governor Emmanuel Udom on Projects on April 9, 2018, and formally registered with the All Progressives Congress (APC) at his Etebi Ward 7.

He was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari on February 19 as part of a five-member IMC led by Prof. Kemebradikumo Daniel Pondei.

I Never Stole A Dime Belonging To IPOB, Says Nnamdi Kanu

1

The Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu has maintained his innocence over allegations bordering on embezzlement of money belong to the group.

He insists that he did not siphon the group’s defence fundraising for Biafra.

In a release signed by the media and publicity Secretary of IPOB, Emma Powerful, Nnamdi Kanu assured it’s members and all donors that the fund will never be misappropriated, insisting that those peddling the rumour of its embezzlement are those expelled from the group in the USA.

According to Kanu “As the saying goes, he who goes to equity must go with clean hands.

“In keeping with my numerous public declarations that we in IPOB are whiter than white and whiter than snow, this morning I have decided to publish what each country contributed to the famous Defence Fund for the world to see.

“All Biafrans in the USA only managed to contribute less than $2,300 (Two thousand Three Hundred Dollars). It means the total amount contributed by all Biafrans in the USA is less than the price of a one-way flight ticket from Enugu to Tokyo.

“Ironically it was these expelled traitors from IPOB Family in the USA now working for DSS that started peddling the myth about Defence Fund embezzlement as a way of getting back at the leadership of IPOB for expelling them from the movement.

“The funniest thing in all these is that none of the expelled criminals now feeding the Pig in the Creek with false information ever contributed a dime to our Defence Fund.

“All those foaming around the mouth about a Defence Fund never contributed a penny to it. Not minding the sheer wickedness, apathy, gossipy and stingy nature of an Igbo man, we have continued to defend Biafraland with very limited resources against a Fulani Jihadi budget of over $22 Billion (Twenty-Two Billion Dollars) not including Nigerian Army and Police.

“The total amount contributed by Biafrans all over the world is $143,000 (One Hundred & Forty-Three Thousand Dollars) which is less than what we spend in one single month to run IPOB worldwide.

” It is not even up to the amount I spent on palliatives a few weeks ago to feed our most vulnerable in society. These poverty-stricken criminals and agents of the caliphate think because they are gluttonous traitors that I too will be like them but they are very much mistaken.

They forgot that I am a child of Chukwu Okike Abiama under the most sacred and inviolable oath to restore Biafra and therefore incorruptible, unbribable and uncompromisable“, Kanu stated.

“King James Bible Is A Modern Day Slave Book, Lucifer Is Not Satan” – Daddy Freeze Reveals

1

Daddy Freeze took to Instagram to state that Lucifer is not Satan and he blamed the misconception on the King James version of the Bible.

He said King James Bible is the “modern day slave book” and warned Christians to “use it at your own peril.”

He wrote:

Lucifer was mentioned 4 times in the Latin vulgate which was completed in the year 405, about 100 years before the English language was invented and 1,200+ years before the first English Bible was written in 1611.

Lucifer was mentioned by Jerome, who translated the Latin vulgate from the Vestus Latina in:

1: Isiah 14:12 referring to the king of Babilon.
2: Job 38:32 referring to the power of God itself, where God himself was speaking of his own power.
3: Job 11:17 Refering to prayer and repentance
4: 2nd Peter 1:19 Where Peter declared Christ to be Lucifer and that Lucifer would rise in our hearts.

So how did Lucifer become Satan? Because King James, the worst and most heretic Bible translation of all time declared him so; IN GRAVE ERROR!

Christ said you will know the truth and it would set you free, you cant sleep on a bed of lies and expect to dream visions of the truth.

The King James Bible is the modern day slave book, use it at your own peril!

? John 8:32 ?
New Living Translation
And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Akinwumi Adesina Meets Buhari Amid AfDB Crisis

0

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with Akinwumi Adesina, President of African Development Bank (AfDB), at the presidential villa, Abuja.

The meeting comes amid the allegations of impropriety levelled against Akinwumi Adesina at the Abidjan-based financial institution.

Some whistleblowers in the organisation had written a petition against him but the bank’s ethics committee cleared him after investigating the issues.

However, the United States Department of Treasury dismissed the outcome of the probe, calling for an independent investigation of the allegations.

This had irked some African leaders, including former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, who accused the US of undue interference.

AfDB, a regional multilateral institution, is owned by African countries but the US is a major investor.

Nigerian and other African leaders have been rallying round Adesina, who is about to complete his five-year-tenure but has indicated interest in another term.
