Controversial blogger, Stella Dimokokorkus has made ludicrous claims about Chioma’s Coronavirus infection as announced by Davido few months ago.

The love and ovation Davido and Chioma’s relationship garnered over the years explains the drama and controversy surrounding them now that things are not as rosy.

According to Stella, Chioma never tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus as they made the whole world believe.

She alleged that Davido gave Chioma some sound beatings and Chioma developed some bruises as a result.

Davido allegedly tried to hide it and so he had to use the Coronavirus pandemic as a cover.

In her claim, she wrote;

“The Insiders who say that Chioma did not have COVID19 as earlier made to believe allege that the couple had a fight back then and that story was sold to the public to hide ‘slap marks and punch marks’.

These Insiders also say that Chioma did wrong by joining him to shame his other baby mamas not knowing that the cane that f l o g g e d the first and second one was waiting by the corner to flog her…She didn’t behave like a babe from Eastern Nigeria at all, Because babes from that part are smart and will make sure you wife them totally to avoid stories that touch but Chioma got carried away by love and the expensive gifts, albeit that some looked like audio gifts.”

I Stand With Hushpuppi, Bobrisky Says As He Blasts Hypocrites

Idris Okuneye, Nigerian crossdresser better known as Bobrisky, has pledged his loyalty and support to Hushpuppi who was recently arrested in Dubai.

Ray Hushpuppi was arrested on June 10 by the International Police (INTERPOL) over multiple fraud charges.

His arrest caused a stir as former associates and friends began to detach themselves from him.

Bobrisky, however, pledged to remain firm in his friendship with Hushpuppi.

He also condemned those who before Puppi’s arrest, begged for financial aid and now against him.

“Many of us are just d biggest hypocrites ever !!! Before his arrest many of you are in his dm, comment section kissing his ass. But immediately you heard about his arrest your true self came out. If you don’t like him stand on ur ground.

“Stop faking love when you see him and then go behind to call him names. To cut d story short be urself and stop acting two face. I Stand with @hushpuppi. Many of you will insult me under dis post, but guess wat I don’t care,” he wrote.

APC’s NWC Upholds Obaseki’s Disqualification (VIDEO)

The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed the disqualification of Governor Godwin Obaseki to contest the party’s primaries for the Edo state governorship elections.

Making the announcement late Saturday in Abuja, APC National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole said Obaseki, in addition to presenting faulty certificates, had abused his powers as Governor of Edo State.

The APC National Chairman said the party has cleared three persons that will participate in the Edo state primaries: Hon. Pius Odubu, Mr. Osaro Obaze, and Pastor Osagie Eze-Iyamu.

He accused Obaseki of orchestrating the inauguration of only nine out of 24 members of the State House of Assembly, an act he described as unacceptable to the party.

He insisted that Obaseki frustrated moves to resolve the issue as he obtained court orders restraining the Senate President, the National Assembly and the reconciliation committee from intervening in the matter.

Oshiomhole added that the party’s constitution had empowered the NWC to screen all aspirants for significant political positions.APC’s NWC Upholds Obaseki’s Disqualification.

There are indications that 25 Chinese may have been infected with coronavirus after going on test and later isolation over undisclosed reasons.

They, however, claim that only 5 tested positive for malaria and taken to an undisclosed hospital in Port Harcourt.

The Chinese along with nearly 2,000 Nigerians are workers in Inner Galaxy steel company situated at Unuahala Ukwa West local government area of Abia state.

One of the workers who spoke with ABN TV on the condition of anonymity on Sunday said they have all been directed to go home and get tested for COVID-19.

The source also told our correspondent that the company had defied the instruction of the state government to shut down following the outbreak of COVID-19.

He said nearly 2,000 of them were confined in the premises of the company with an instruction that any staff who leaves will be automatically disengaged from the services of the organisation.

They were also threatened with other stiff sanctions, a situation that forced them to remain in the premises despite the COVID-19 scare.

With the latest developments, the company has shut down indefinitely while the workers have been advised to embark on isolation at their various homes as well as seek medical assistance from the NCDC.

APC Chieftain, Prince Apugo Laments Rising Cases Of COVID-19 In Abia

Prince Benjamin Apugo, a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) and member, National Caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed worry over the high number of people testing positive for the Coronavirus in Abia State.

This is even several policemen serving in the Abia State police command were reported to have tested positive for COVID-19.

Results of tests returned by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Thursday indicated that Abia with 54 positive cases now has over 150 recorded cases.

Apugo described the number of people from Abia who have tested positive for the COVID-19 as alarming, saying if the trend was not checked, it could spell doom for the state.

He said since many people have tested positive so far were government functionaries and their family members, it was imperative that more of such officials were tested and adequate provisions made to take care of those positive cases.

He advised residents of the state to always abide by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and NCDC protocol for COVID-19 in order to stay free from the pandemic.

The APC chieftain said the future could be bleak for the people of the state if they kept neglecting the COVID-19 protocol.

Meanwhile, some policemen serving in the Abia State police command has been reported to have tested positive for the raging virus.

Investigations revealed that no fewer than ten policemen serving in Abia State police command have tested positive for the virus.

A highly-placed Abia government official who spoke on condition of anonymity said the number of policemen affected by the pandemic was high.

“We do not intend to make their identities public for obvious reasons, but they have been duly notified, traced and are in an isolation centre where they are being taken care of and will soon be nursed back to health.”

When contacted, the command’s police public relations officer (PPRO), Geoffrey Ogbonna, said he was yet to be briefed on the development.

Boko Haram Kill 42 Civilians In Fresh Borno Attack

At least 42 persons were killed when Boko Haram attacked Goni Usmanti village in Gubio local government area of Borno state on Saturday.

Ahmadu Modu, a witness, said the insurgents stormed the village in four gun trucks and motorcycles around 1 am.

He said some members of the civilian joint task force in the village engaged the Boko Haram fighters in a battle that lasted for about an hour before they were overpowered.

Modu said an air force fighter jet hovered around during the attack but did not render any assistance to the people.

“The fighter jet came eventually but it only hovered around without throwing a single bomb on the terrorists,” he said.

“No ground troops came to our rescue. Our people fought alone until over 40 of them were killed.”

Sagir Musa, the spokesman of the army, neither responded to calls nor text messages from TheCable on the attack.

Boko haram had attacked Faduma Koloram village in Gubio earlier in the week, killing over 80 persons.

Earlier on Saturday, Boko Haram fighters engaged soldiers in a gun battle at Monguno local government area of Borno.

TheCable gathered that both sides suffered casualties in the attack.

Despite repeated attacks, the federal government has maintained that it is winning the war against insurgency.

In his Democracy Day broadcast, President Muhammadu Buhari said his administration has “considerably downgraded” Boko Haram.

Buhari added that all forms of crimes across the country had also been reduced.
