Muslim-Muslim Ticket: Good Bye To APC, God Has Rejected The Party, And Their Supporters – Primate Ayodele

The leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has warned men of God against supporting the All Progressives Congress, APC, Muslim-Muslim ticket ahead of the presidential election in 2023.

Primate Ayodele said God has sent the APC government packing, hence men of God shouldn’t support the party’s Muslim-Muslim ticket.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele revealed that any man of God supporting the ticket was clearly against God’s will for the country and would face the wrath of God.

He explained that God had kicked against the plan of the APC to retain the seat of the presidency, adding that the Muslim-Muslim ticket was dead on arrival.

Primate Ayodele said: ‘’God is against any pastor or Christian leader that supports APC’s Muslim-Muslim ticket, they should keep their mouth shut if they don’t want to face the wrath of God.

“God is against the ticket and has kicked against the plans of the APC to retake Nigeria again. The APC is playing God with the Muslim-Muslim ticket, they are so proud in their mistake, God is ready to fight the party for the presidential election, APC ticket is dead on arrival.

‘’Under the government of APC, the country is shaking, the economy has died and as far as God is concerned, he is interested in the progress of this country.

“God has sent the APC government packing from Nigeria. Tinubu cannot be Nigeria’s president, I’m saying it again. His presidency is not endorsed by God.’’

There was panic at Umuajioma village in Oguta LGA of Imo State on Sunday when a youth from the area was allegedly killed by a stray bullet from the Ebubeagu security outfit.

Trouble was said to have erupted when some youth in the area started protesting the presence of the security outfit in their locality.

The protest was said to be the outcome of last week’s incident in which men of Ebubeagu allegedly killed some youth in Otulu, in Oru East LGA of the state.

A community source from Umunganike, a neighbouring village to Umuajioma said that the incident which occurred at about 9 am saw the youths in large numbers, protesting against the presence of the Ebubeagu outfit in their locality.

The youth were said to be shouting, “We don’t want Ebubeagu in our community”.

According to an eyewitness, the Divisional police at Ogbuide Road was said to have intervened and calmed the situation.

However the angry youths, it was gathered, became more unruly, and started hauling stones at the men.

In that confusion, the Ebubeagu while defending them, shot sporadically in the air and a stray bullet was said to have hit one of the youths who died on the spot.

After UN Advised FG To Release Nnamdi Kanu With Compensation, IPOB Says It's Vindicated

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has lauded the United Nations, UN, over its opinion that the Nigerian Government should release its detained Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB’s commendation is coming on the heels of the opinion of the UN Human Rights Council Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, that Kanu be released “immediately and unconditional”, and compensation paid to him for the violation of his fundamental rights.

The pro-Biafra group in a statement by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, commended the UN Working Group for the position, saying it has vindicated Kanu who is being persecuted for demanding freedom of Biafrans.

IPOB also commended Kanu’s lawyer, Bruce Fein for his professional work that led to the breakthrough with UN.

The statement read: “We, the global and noble family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the supreme leadership of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hereby commend Attorney Bruce Fein for the professional job in regards to the recently issued United Nations Opinion, condemning the extraordinary rendition of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and directing the Government of Nigeria to release him unconditionally and to compensate him.

“In the same vein, we commend all those who quietly labored and assisted in achieving this landmark victory. It is indeed a great milestone for our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB, and Biafrans worldwide.

“We also express our profound gratitude to the United Nations and its Working Group for their courage in reaching this decision and issuing an opinion that comports with the tenets of international laws.

“It is our hope that Nigeria, as a member of the United Nations, will take heed and promptly obey and implement the UN directives to the letter. We caution that this is not a Nigerian court order that is often disobeyed without consequences.”

The presidential hopeful said a country where the cost of bread cannot be affordable to the people is not a Nigeria of his dream.

He called on the people to ask politicians questions on what their agenda is before supporting them.

Obi said Nigeria should be a producing and not a consuming nation, assuring that if he is elected the next president of the country, in two years Abia will become a major shoe exporter.

He commended the production capacity of Aba in shoes as well as the quality, noting that only government support is required to export it.

He insists that the nation must move away from consumption to production.

Ninety-three-year-old first Republic Aviation Minister, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi has said if for any reason the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, loses in next year’s presidential poll he (Amaechi) would conclude that God created Nigeria to suffer.

The nonagenarian stated this, weekend, at his country home, in a chat with select journalists while declaring his support for Obi and his running mate, Datti Baba Ahmed.

He warned that nothing untoward should happen to Obi ahead of the 2023 general elections, stating that Nigeria’s situation would worsen if anything happened to him (Obi).

He said, “I don’t think it was just an accident that Peter Obi emerged. I think it was God’s way. If anything happens to him, it would worsen the situation in Nigeria and the situation may degenerate into something non-describable.

“If they’re afraid of Obi who is just a beginner, why should they not be eternally afraid? Peter Obi is the only governor who left office and nobody asked him any questions.

“He didn’t know the office of EFCC, ICPC or DSS because of his clean records. The man who succeeded him wanted to leave the country two hours he handed over, meaning he wanted to sneak away.

“Many other governors who left office have been arrested and charged to court but they ran into Senate or APC as a party and today their cases are closed. That’s the kind of rotten country you have. Yet people are suffering, and may continue to suffer.

“I don’t think God created us to continue to suffer. The 2023 election is an opportunity he’s provided for us to right the wrongs. You will see how the whole world will embrace Nigeria if Peter Obi wins the election and all the criminals and looters will melt away to Dubai.”

South-East APC Stakeholders Meet In Imo, Back Tinubu's Muslim-Muslim Ticket

The stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress in the South-East zone have met in Owerri, the Imo State capital, with a resolution to work for the victory of the party in the zone and the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, in the 2023 general election.

At the meeting, the host and the governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, said the party was targeting and was ready to win all the elections in the zone.

Uzodinma said the South-East governors were determined to ensuring the security of lives and properties before, during, and after the elections.

He wondered why there should be continued Sit-at-Home protests in the region which had stalled commercial activities in the zone.

He said, “How do you expect that people should sit at home without going to work, for no effort of theirs. And you say you are looking for Biafra? We have decided that we are part and parcel of the Federal Government and the ruling party is APC.

“I charge the South-East leadership of our great party to constitute committees and populate these communities for the APC to win elections.”

On the reconciliation committee of the party, the governor charged members to do more to get everybody on board, adding that efforts should be made to ensure that all polling units, wards, and local government areas were manned by party executives on election days and also ensure that the party was voted for in all levels of the election to make it 5/5.

Uzodimma urged them not to allow distractions from detractors to bring them down but ensure that their eyes were fixed on the ball and hoped that by the time the party started its campaigns, which would be rooted in the grassroots, it would be remarkable as “bottom to top approach” would be adopted.

Also speaking, the APC National Vice President, South-East, Ijeoma Arodiogbu, while welcoming the stakeholders to the meeting, commended them for the sacrifices they had made to reposition the party and ensure success at the poll.

He also said the party had enjoyed tremendous support from the governor and that the party had brought a lot of goodwill to the zone through what the president, governors Hope Uzodimma and Dave Umahi had done through their developmental strides.

On whether the presidential candidate of the APC, Bola Tinubu, had what it takes to have in-road in the South-East during the elections, the Zonal Publicity Secretary, Chief Augustine Onyedebelu, expressed optimism that the people of the zone would vote massively for him because he had the capacity to turn things around for Nigerians, especially the zone.

He also said he was impressed that the stakeholders’ meeting was a huge success and hoped that the party would sweep the forthcoming polls at all levels.

Presidency Reacts To Terrorists’ Threat, Says Security Forces Not Clueless

The Presidency has reacted to a video of terrorists threatening to wreak havoc on the nation, saying security and defense forces were not “clueless or helpless”.

The terrorists had released a video where they threatened to kidnap President Muhammadu Buhari.

Reacting in a statement, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, reassured the public that the President had done all, and even more than what was expected of him as Commander-in-Chief by way of morale, material, and equipment support to the military and expected nothing short of good results in the immediate.

The statement titled ‘Latest Version of Terror Propaganda and Military Readiness’ read: “Terrorist activity using propaganda and the use of violence to force governments to accept or submit to political demands is not new all over world.

“The country’s security and defense forces are not clueless or helpless. They have their plans and ways of doing things which they will not display in the media.”

“The dilemmas in dealing with the specific case of train terrorists are manifold: punitive action like the popular call for carpet bombing of the known locations may assuage the desire of an angry public for revenge, but what about the hostages? They have committed no offense. All they did was to board a train.
“It suffices to say that the security forces are not relenting. They are acutely aware of their duties, responsibilities and what the nation expects of them. Whenever they embark upon those actions, they expect that the public should provide them with the needed support.

“Terrorism is a global scourge that must be fought by all actors- the military, the civilian population and the communication service providers. This is the only way safe havens of terrorists are eliminated in every part of the world.

“To help the nation against ongoing situation, the media must increase their support for the fight against the exploitation of the internet and social media for terrorist purposes.”
