The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated the Paramount Ruler of Ebem Ohafia Ancient Kingdom, His Royal Highness Ezie Ukoha Kalu Ukoha (JP), on the occasion of his 35th Coronation Anniversary and 89th Birthday.
In a goodwill message, the former Abia State Governor described the monarch as a revered and respected traditional ruler whose reign has been marked by wisdom, peace, and a strong commitment to the progress of his people.
Senator Kalu noted that the celebration is not only significant for the royal father but also a moment of pride for all sons and daughters of Ebem Ohafia, emphasizing the enduring cultural heritage and unity of the community.
“As Ebem Ohafia celebrates a revered and respected monarch, I join all sons and daughters of the community in honouring a King whose reign has been marked by wisdom, peace, and unwavering commitment to the progress of his people,” he stated.
He further extended his congratulations to all individuals scheduled to receive chieftaincy titles on April 4, describing the recognition as a testament to their contributions to the development of the community.
The lawmaker prayed for continued good health, strength, and a peaceful, impactful reign for the monarch, while reaffirming his connection to Ebem Ohafia as home.
