In a statement on Wednesday, the philanthropist expressed readiness to mobilize empowerment support that will make the women self-reliant through business start-ups and others. He said, "I will facilitate and lobby for grants to empower our women to be self-reliant and create empowerment programs, provide skill acquisition and equipment for business startups to reduce poverty, and improve the livelihood and well-being of our women. "It is no doubt that our people are well known for our industrious and commercial culture therefore, I will also build markets and construct roads to support and encourage trade in the rural areas."
