WTO: Rep. Benjamin Kalu salutes Okonjo-Iweala, Says She’s Jinx Breaker

Member representing Bende Federal Constituency and Spokesperson House of Representatives, Hon. Benjamin Kalu has congratulated Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala on her election as the Director-General World Trade Organization, WTO describing her as a jinx breaker.

This is contained in a release personally endorsed by Hon. Kalu and made available to ABN TV.

He said Okonjo-Iweala has continued to break frontiers in her career with such grace that distinguishes her as a beacon of hope, a jinx breaker, and an inspiration for women and girls everywhere.

Hon. Kalu further said her emergence as the first female and first African Director-General of the World Trade Organization is historic.

The message partly reads, “Her exploits continue to inspire and make Nigerians all over the world proud.
