Ambassador Charles Nzechi (Aha Eji Agamba) has issued a heartfelt message of appreciation to teachers on World Teachers’ Day.

The global theme for this year’s celebration is “Teachers at the Heart of Education Recovery,” highlighting educators’ critical role in rebuilding education systems.
Amb. Nzechi emphasized the importance of supporting teachers’ professional development and well-being.
“Let us continue to uplift and appreciate our educators, ensuring they receive the recognition and resources they deserve,” he added.
World Teachers’ Day is celebrated annually on October 5th to recognize the invaluable contributions of teachers worldwide.

Local government levels. This is so as majority of our teachers are in the rural areas.
