A yet-to-be-identified woman miraculously survived a ghastly accident on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, along Umuoba Road in the Ogbor Hill axis of Aba, Abia State.
ABN TV report that the incident occurred directly opposite St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Ogbor Hill, when the woman, who was attempting to reverse her vehicle, suddenly lost control.

According to eyewitnesses, the car unexpectedly accelerated at high speed before somersaulting and plunging into a deep erosion pit by the roadside.
Witnesses rushed to the scene in panic but were astonished to find that the driver had survived the crash. She was immediately assisted out of the vehicle by bystanders.
Eyewitnesses described the survival as a divine act, saying the accident could easily have claimed her life.
“God saved her. It was a terrifying moment, but we thank God she came out alive,” one witness recounted.
The incident has once again drawn attention to the worsening erosion menace along Umuoba Road, with residents urging government authorities to take urgent action to prevent future tragedies.
