Kanu lamented the suffering of Africans, from slavery in Arabia, Europe, and America, and stressed that their goal is to ensure the continent realizes its divine potential. He condemned the making of young widows and the suffering of families, stating that it is not the outcome they desire.
“We want people to be free. That’s what we’re fighting for. Nothing more,” Kanu emphasized, highlighting the importance of focusing on the continent’s liberation and prosperity.
His words resonated with a sense of determination and a commitment to non-violent resistance, as he reiterated that their fight is against oppression, not against human life.
