VIDEO: I’ll Surpass Expectations Of My People As Their Federal Representative — Ibe Okwara

The member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency of Abia State, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa has assured that he will not only meet the expectations of people who sent him to the House of Representatives but surpass it.

While noting that he would engage in monthly townhall meeting with the people of the constituency in line with the promise he made during his campaign, he said transparency and accountability will be his watchword in serving.

In a chat with ABN TV on Tuesday in Abuja, he said the power outage in Ohafia community in the past three years is both funny and worrisome, saying he along with top officials of the state government are engaging with EEDC, the electricity distribution company to ensure that power is restored in Ohafia.

He said he will in coming days sit with the state governor, Dr. Alex Otti and other stakeholders to bring the prolonged darkness in his community and surrounding villages to an end.
