A popular music promoter and record label executive, Ifeanyi Frank aka Anyidons Onyeichaka has queried the source of funding for the numerous projects being undertaken in Abia State by the governor, Alex Otti.
Anyidons, a highlife musician songwriter and performing artiste in a viral video said the governor of Abia State is not a billionaire and as such could not be financing the projects with his personal fund.
Speaking in Igbo language, Anyidons said the challenge Igbo land has faced is its political office holders who have not been accountable to the people.
According to him, the complaint about lack of resources to execute projects is because the funds are being looted, saying Otti is setting a new record of good leadership.
He applauded the recently launched Geometric Power Project in Osisioma expected to give power supply to at least 7 local government areas of the state.
He commended the road projects going on in different parts of the state, security measures being put in place and infrastructural development, noting that it will attract investors and attract economic advancement.
While accusing some Igbo leaders of sharing resources allocated to the people, he urged Gov. Otti to continue to observe accountability and transparency in governance of Abia.
