The Acting Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has officially assumed office as the 22nd IGP.
The former IG, Usman Baba, officially handed over to Egbetokun today, Wednesday, during a Handing/Taking Over Ceremony of the Inspector-General of Police at the Louis Edet House, Force Headquarters, Abuja.
Egbetokun was decorated on Tuesday at the State House by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
