Dr Ifeanyi Ubah, the governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP) in the November election of Anambra State has taken his campaign to Lagos State.
This is as the Southeast region of Nigeria continue to face security challenges, with some yet-to-be-identified gunmen masterminding destructions.
Ubah was in company of his deputy; Dr. Okey Eze and his Campaign Organization. The team visited Agric Building Materials Market, Odunade Market and United Marbles and Allied products markets where they met with the leadership of the various markets unions and the traders at large.
During Ubah’s meeting with the traders, he stated that Anambra State’s economy is built on a foundation of trade, commerce and entrepreneurial innovations. Therefore, his administration, he said, will leverage on the commercial and enterprising capacity of Igbo people to create an economic model for the rest of Nigeria to emulate.
The 2021 Anambra State gubernatorial election will take place on November 6, 2021, to elect the Governor of Anambra State.
