Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi on Tuesday made his first appearance in the National Executive Council, NEC, meeting of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja.
ABN TV reports that the governor had in November announced his defection to All Progressives Congress (APC) from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) citing injustice.
The Tuesday meeting is expected to among other things discuss the party’s congress where new leadership will emerge, ending the Buni-led interim leadership.

Recall that the party had embroiled in a leadership crisis, leading to the sacking of the former chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, and all members of the exco.
