The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, says it has again secured the release of two females among the abducted prospective corps members.
DAILY POST reported that the prospective corps members were kidnapped in Zamfara on their way to the orientation camp in Sokoto.
The Nigerian Army had earlier secured the release of a male and a female victim, leaving four of the prospective corps members in the kidnappers’ den.

However, the NYSC announced on Thursday that it has secured the freedom of two more victims.
The Director General of the Scheme, Brigadier General YD Ahmed further gave the reassurance that the remaining victims would be released with the efforts of the security agencies.
He said the scheme would explore every available strategy that would ensure that they were freed from their captives unhurt and reunited with their families.
The NYSC, in a statement signed by Eddie Megwa, its Director of Press, hailed the Nigerian Army for its concerted efforts towards securing the release of the abductees.
